Our History

Haugen Binion & Co. CPAs was formed in late 2009 from the two firms of Lawrence Haugen CPA and B. Scott Binion CPA, LLC. Combined, both Larry and Scott have been serving the individual and business community for over 50 years.

Larry has primarily served the areas of individual tax and payroll preparation services. Larry has a long and celebrated history of serving clients in from the very first day of operation. In fact, there are several clients that have been bringing their tax questions and preparation services to Larry's firm for nearly 30 years.

Scott brings some of the very same qualities – history of providing both individual and business tax services to over 250 clients in the past 20 years. Most of Scott's services centered around business advisory and consulting services. Whether it was from helping steer companies out of troubled times to helping clients control their growth in prosperous times, Scott has seen it from both ends.

Now that the firms have joined forces, the respective clients will benefit greatly from both exceptional talents and expertise. Not to mention, the other CPAs and support staff that are critical in delivering our outstanding services. Without our excellent staff, none of this would be possible.
