Upon request HB&Co. can execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your protection (even though we are covered by a strict code of ethics while operating as a CPA firm).
Forward to us a copy of your accounting file for review by our team.

Step 2

Once we've had time to review your file, we will call and schedule an interview with you and our team
Discussion will include the review of your accounting file, your current situation, objectives, immediate needs, and overall value you should receive (a questionnaire will be filled out detailing our conversation).
We'll send a brief scope of work and engagement agreement for your reveiw.
Note any questions or comments, changes will be agreed upon and then the agreement will be signed and sent back for authorization.

Step 3

A planning call will be conducted to discuss the process going forward.
From the prior questionnaire and continued conversations, our staff will outline the information needed, timing, and delivery expectations to your company.
Final call will be made to schedule the work to begin and any last minute changes.

Step 4

Determine who will be the lead contact at your company
Discuss details on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
Discuss details on Payroll processing
Create a timeline for report delivery

Step 5

Start processing daily work
Perform back work on previous months
Internal Closing and Books are closed
Financial Statements are sent to client
Implement Financial Dashboard
