For you to use the software to its fullest potential, it must be set-up correctly. It comes with pre-arranged chart of accounts that meet about half the needs of the small business owner. The other half requires detailed knowledge of your business model, and what reports are vital in managing your company.

Catch-Up Bookkeeping

We all know there are a time when "keeping the books" is not manageable to say the least! Until one day you get the phone call or a late notice or the bank statement comes and you realize there aren't enough available funds. Usually the time comes at TAX TIME, you have to do something. So you rush for days on end just to try and meet the filing deadlines.

At Haugen Binion & Co. CPAs, we can HELP! We first take off your hands the piles or boxes of paperwork. We have one of our bookkeeper's organize it into manageable categories, determine any critical filings that need to be done, and then begin to input it into an accounting system. The restoration bookkeeping is designed for those companies that are too busy or fell too far behind in knowing where they are in the business. Included are putting together all of the necessary reports to make the company in compliance with regulatory agencies - financial statements, payroll filings, sales tax reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable listings, bank reconciliations, etc.
